My Christmas Toy!!

I got a super awesome Christmas present this year, well two actually. The first has made all of this blogging possible! The second had kept us all in fresh delicious bread for the past month! MMMM (and yes I made it myself so I shouldn't enjoy it quite so much, but I DO)

I have the honey white bread pretty much down to a steady delicious out come now. It is the perfect texture! My second attempt at french bread was much improved, but it still needs some work.  The Bosch not only has made my bread better, but crepes and Yorkshire pudding were greatly improved! I still have not tested it on cookies, but we have 2 birthdays coming up this month, it will get tested!
