Ben's Buddies

Ben likes people, for the most part, and he warmed up to everyone in Texas really fast! sorry these are not necessarily in chronological order. (Lis if I have your friend's kids names wrong, let me know!) But here is Ben hanging out with various new friends!

This is Samantha (thanks Lis!) and he was sure he needed to show her what was in the boxes! This was at Zilker Nature Park, which he really dug!
This is also at the nature park. This was a common sight that is the backside of Ben and James. Whatever James did, so Ben did. Imitation is the highest form of flattery!

This is also at the nature park. This is Jack. Jack and Rose belong to JL and Lisa's good friends from Round Rock. We just met them that morning at the park, but Ben was sure they were life long friends!

Ah, the Auntie Muggs! She is the best! The entire trip all of the kids were talking her into doing all sorts of things. This was a dinosaur digging pit at the nature park. The other kids were uncovering the bones, but Ben was convinced that he should be burying the bones! To keep him from starting a brawl in the other pit with his cousins and friends Auntie Muggs took him to the other pit and helped him bury a dinosaur! Good Times!We went to a park that has a HUGE play area that looks like an old west fort!! there were tunnels and slides and cat walks. Ben LOVED it! here are Ben and James checking things out!

This is Matt finally convincing Ben to get off the boat and try the water! We spent a lot of time on Lake Travis on JL's boat. IT WAS AMAZING!! (skiing pics to come!)

Ben hung with Auntie Muggs for a while on the swim deck before getting brave enough to go out in the water with Matt.

This is one of my favorite pictures. Ben and two of his cousins all sitting on Matt's lap. He is the favorite Uncle/Parent!! How sweet!!

This is Ben and Isable trying to play side by side on the table with Grandma Steadman keeping them from hurting each other! She dressed a lot of princesses, so did Grandpa for that matter!

This is Grandpa Steadman telling the boys about the cattle auction we were watching. They were facinated! Grandpa was a cattlemen in an earlier time! This was all after we ate Barbque at Snow's in Lexington,TX. What a great day!!
